Gorgeous decorative nail head trim adorns the base and wings of this chair and ottoman.  Maverick Toasted Pecan is a unique wipe-on leather - the hides arrive at the factory in a light, golden coloration.  Our leather markers carefully place the pattern to avoid any open scars but all other natural markings are encouraged.  After the chair and ottoman are upholstered, our artisan carefully rub a brown glaze over the entire piece of furniture to highlight the natural characteristics, then another mixture supplied by the tannery is used to blend.  Notice how the darker brown glaze hangs up in the crevices and weathers down into the grain.  A final sealing top coat is applied to prevent further color breakdown.  Each piece is truly a unique work of art!  #Custom made in the USA!
